Toddler Program (Ages 2-3)

Curriculum: We believe that children learn best through play, so our curriculum is heavily play based and child lead. Blending concepts of Montessori, Reggio-Emilia, and Head Start models, we give children the reigns to explore within the classroom with a mix of planned, child-led activities and spontaneous learning opportunities. Art, music, and sensory play make for a wholly engaging learning environment, so we make a lot of noise, a lot of mess, and laugh until we can't laugh anymore.
Toddler Classroom: Our classroom is designed for children age 2-3 with mild to severe developmental disabilities or delays and peer models without delays. The focus is on the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of each student. Our toddler class maintains a 2:6 staff to students ratio.

Preschool Program (Ages 3 - 4)

Curriculum: We use professionally inspired curriculum that engages the whole child through interactive experiences and hands-on learning. The use of free-play time and learning centers offers children an opportunity to creatively interpret, experiment, and use their new knowledge. Our students build foundational skills in early literacy, math, music, art, social studies and science. Using weekly themes, children are invited to immerse themselves emotionally, cognitively and physically into the process of learning.
Preschool Classroom: This classroom is designed for children ages 3-4 with mild to severe developmental disabilities, and delays including two peer models without delays with a focus on the development of self help, fine and gross motor, social and cognitive/learning skills while teaching each student to learn how to play, share, take turns and explore their environment. We maintain a 2:8 staff to students ratio in order to best meet the education and care needs of our students.
Pre-K Program (Ages 4 - 6)

Curriculum: Developed by our lead teacher utilizing her experiences in special education and social work, our Pre-K curriculum focuses on allowing student interest to inspire daily learning while weekly themes are used to guide overall skill development throughout the year. Our Pre-K class will increase your child's readiness for kindergarten, teaching valuable social-emotional, classroom, and educational skills. Children are encouraged to move and explore, dive into early literacy opportunities, and create all while guided by an experienced professional and mother of multiple children with special needs of their own.
